Chinese New Scheme for Investing Abroad

As to carry out further our “Going Out Policy” for Chinese enterprises to invest in foreign countries including Bulgaria, the Ministry of Commerce of China has decided to introduce local agencies/organizations, based on their written application to us, in the website of our Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office for our Chinese investors to choose from and to get help from or to cooperate with. Such agencies are to be divided into two, according to our design, profit-earning and non-profit earning agencies/organizations. If they want to join to cooperate with potential Chinese investors, please kindly send their formal application in English to us (fax and e-mail is not acceptable) indicating the details of the following, and that the information supplied is true and accurate, and undertake the legal responsibility that it may occurred herefrom.

 

1.self-introduction including the name of the agency/organization, the type of business , date of establishing, registered capital, business scope and main business, etc.

 

2.contact information, including telephone, fax, address, website and e-mail.

 

3.main performance and results obtained, and main business cases agreed by the clients to open to public, especially the cases and services done for Chinese enterprises/companies in the country.

 

When we receive the application from the agencies, especially from profit-earning agencies, we report them after checking to the Ministry of Commerce for approval. If agreed, our Ministry will add the agency/agencies to our website.
